A 54% dark chocolate shell filled with white chocolate ganache flavoured with extra virgin Portuguese olive oil.

Each bonbon weighs approximately 12g

NOTE: In this option, the chocolates come inside a transparent cellophane bag. If you would like your chocolates to arrive in a gift box, choose to purchase one of our Gift Boxes.

Please note that the chocolates in the bag may bump into each other during transport and may not arrive as perfect as the chocolates in the gift boxes, but they are ideal for those who want to try something without having to pay the price of the boxes.

Malou Chocolates are made with fresh ingredients which means that our bonbons are a perishable product and therefore to get the best taste and texture out of it, we recommend you eat our bonbons within 10 days of receiving them for maximum freshness.

How to store your bonbons

We recommend storing your bonbons at room temperature below 20 degrees Celsius and out of direct sunlight.

An amazing option is to keep your bonbons in a WINE FRIDGE, between 12 degrees Celsius to 18 degrees Celsius.

AS A LAST RESORT, you may keep your bonbons in a normal kitchen fridge inside an air tight container, just keep in mind that the cooler temperatures of a normal kitchen fridge (approximately 2°C to 4°C) may affect the shine on the bonbon once you take them out of it. This is because the sudden change in temperature causes condensation to form on the surface of the chocolate. Therefore, to try to avoid that condensation from happening, please allow the bonbons to come to room temperature before opening your air tight container.
